For those who like lots of cop cars being destroyed and f words.

Warning: Spoilers
The dizzying first 20 minutes of this delightfully hideous movie will have you in stitches, counting the number of times that dyed redhead Angie Everhart calls her partner a moron or screeching various variations of a certain curse word. The only thing that would have made this scene complete would be if her partner blasted her foul mouthed hideous carckus out of the car. It's all over the attempts of them to kidnap a professional stunt car driver so they can kidnap president Roy Schneider.

This movie goes from being hideously funny to pathetically filthy, and alternating back and forth. There's nothing to like here although fans of car crashes will be in seventh heaven. It's a wretched piece of trash that thinks it's being clever that only proves how moronic it was to make people think that this was entertainment. The acting for the most part is horrible, and if I never have to see Everhart in a movie again, I will be delightfully happy. How many other faded stars of yesteryear will be cast as the president in a bad movie? Absolutely nothing to recommend in this. Overly proud of its crudeness and hatred towards society and law and order, it ends up being the target of its own rotten agenda.
