A Lonely Young Orphan Boy Baring His Broken Heart To A Lost Orphan Panda Bear
1 January 2022
The story is not hugely entertaining but it is a very enjoyable cuddly bear film that will melt lots of hearts and, have more than a few reaching for their handkercheifs! It plods along with a good plot of a boy and a Panda bear coming together and relying upon each other for comfort, safety and survival.

Through 1987 to 2011 etc many new laws were introduced into Chinese State laws, all with one thing in common. That was/is to protect Panda's from becoming extinct because of poaching for their skins and meat; especially in the case of the Red Panda's. China - IMHO - does not do many things right but they have gone overboard with the laws concerning Panda's. Initially anyone caught poaching Panda's was subject to a fine and a minimum of 10 years in prison (a good law) but, since 2011, the death penalty has been introduced for Panda poaching...all because Panda's have become the national symbol of China. These beautiful animals need to be preserved, and it bothers me not one bit if a person was shot and killed in the act of poaching, but to execute a person is as barbaric as it can get.

A lovely film that I enjoyed so much; and will be by many others I would think!
