Chloe grace moretz Is at an interesting stage in her career. A talented actor, who need to take better roles, her tour of Netflix films has not done her much good. The latest, android/ mother is not a great movie, but it has some good moments.
The plot is 1/2 terminator and half children of men, but lacks anything special. In the near future, androids (somehow based on what we see of them) are trying to over throw those pasty humans, and the hereos must survive the wild to try to seek safety in Boston.
As always, the apocalypse is pretty, with white teeth, and lots of hair stylists. He limited action is fine, and there is some drama as well. It's strength is the acting, but that does not save it from mediocrity.
