Review of Dying Light 2: Stay Human

Updated Review 3/4/2022: One month after release and Dying Light 2 is still a technical mess. Coop is barely playable if not completely unplayable for most of the game's population. I asked me brother to buy this game because I thought we would be able to play cooperatively. When Dying Light 2 launched Techland said they would fix coop. They have not a month later. Thousands of people are still experiencing game breaking bugs. Every quest my brother does he has to restart the game because the quests never trigger correctly. This game is a technical mess that should be avoided for another few months. It's really frustrating for me to be writing this. The gameplay that is in Dying Light 2 is great and so is the open world. Unfortunately, bugs ranging from game breaking to minor are frequent, coop doesn't work a month after release, no decent end game content and very littler remorse from an otherwise great developer. It pains me to lower my score from a 7 to a 5 but Techland should have not released a technical mess and charge $70 for it.
