When it comes to his acting - watching him in this rather mediocre, but still decent thriller reminds me, that I should rewatch Leon again.
This has a twisted story ... though not completely unpredictable one. I may be putting it mildly and safely to be honest. There are contracts that seem more valuable than others - be it with the city/goverment (holding an official position) or with someone else.
It may take its sweet time to get where it is supposed to (now that was a pun - I can attest to that), but if you stick with it, you can have a decent thriller at your service - which might also be a pun.
