This was kind of interesting for quite a while thinking it was a new take on a tired genre, though it was more than a little implausible, but then a twist comes that is not uninteresting, but it becomes something different and somehow not as surprising as I think the filmmakers intended. There is a familiarity with the concept presented. It then becomes a bit stupid and unpleasant and ultimately rather depressing. Britt Lower does a decent job, but the rest are just ordinary TV like performances. The usually enjoyable Beth Grant is unfortunately wasted in a role that is a big part of stupidity that arrives late in the game.
