This is a depressing "sequel" of sorts to Christmas Under Wraps. Sadly, hallmark has undone many years of what they have built by simply giving us a break up to their own happily ever after. There's no reason to even bring all these characters back if the explanation is that Andy and Lauren from Christmas Under Wraps simply broke up. Why can't we just believe in happily ever after? For crying out loud, Hallmark, it's Christmas.
Giving the movie five stars simply because I found it quite hilarious Hallmark replaced Candace with Jodi, lol. We all know CCB jumped ship and this movie puts a huge spotlight on it. They should have just kept Garland going and changed the leads. Send Andy and Lauren to San Francisco and off in our memories enjoying their happy ending. Definitely not watching again. Wishing Countdown to Christmas gets better. So far, we're off to a depressing start.
