I am conflicted. I think this would have been an entertaining movie if I hadn't just experienced having a "friend" rip me off for thousands - and then lie about it and lie about so many other things too. As a result, I was fascinated at how easily Sam came up with her lies - and how people fell for them. And why. Because when we really care for someone, we don't want to call them flat out exactly what they are: Liars and thieves. We simply cannot believe that someone we love and care about and would do anything for would steal from us and then lie to us while looking us in the eye.
