What a terrible and ghastly film. Quite a blemish on the Richie Rich franchise. The plot is beyond ridiculous and absurd. How on earth did this film get the green light? Did they literally have so much money to throw around? The production values are terrible. We see such poorly put together special effects for explosions and various scenes, it is laughable. This film was made in 1998 but its production values are so bad we've seen better effects in the 60s. This was a chore to finish. What a way to insult a person's intelligence. If you value your brain cells do not watch this mess. This is time I will never get back.
