Here is the backstory for this film that the other reviewers left out. A talented Korean director decided to do the most violent, bloody, off the wall, incomprehensible, action film ever done. Anywhere. On this planet. Ever. And then he did it. It is a story with good guys, bad guys, cops, robbers, and even zombies -- or more likely super-soldiers because it is hard to tell them apart. It is distracting. It is a pretty good watch. When watching, it is very important not to become attached to any one character in particular, because 5 minutes later that character may no longer be there. You have been warned.
