Whilst it was never going to be as good as the original it's still a decent watch. This one's set in Mexico where there hired to get rid of killer worms in the Mexican oil fields. Earl (Fred Ward) is back, but this time with a new sidekick Grady (Chris Gartin), who is a big fan of Earls. When they get to the refinery they meet Kate (Helen Shaver) and they start killing the critters. Only this time they've morphed into a new creature, once overfed they turn into walkin on land killer, smaller but just as lethal. In comes old friend Burt (Michael Gross) to help finish them off.
It still has some of the charm of the original, and Ward and Shaver are really good as the romantic leads in the film, but I think the first one was a little bit more fun.
