What really kind of killed it for me was that they overdid all those scenes with the kid. I mean the kid was cute, you know the mute thing was kind of a good storyline, but she wasn't enough to hold those scenes, and it gave the film a cheesy, schmaltzy, super queso sort of quality.
There wasn't enough character development, there wasn't enough build up with the Dame character, there wasn't enough of a developed story. The writing was weak and I believe that it wasn't that well directed, it was an okay piece of entertainment but compared to the first two, it's definitely the lesser film of the franchise.
