Wow. Just wow...

The 2003 movie titled "Puppet Master: The Legacy" actually had me excited to sit down and watch it, as I saw that the movie was directed by Charles Band. So I figured that finally they wised up and brought back the original man to get the franchise back on track.

Talk about a rude awakening. "Puppet Master: The Legacy" was a horrible sell out movie. It was nothing more than 15 minutes of new footage of the boy, Peter Hertz, from the third movie having grown up and was now re-telling the story of Andre Toulon. And get this, everything else, the remaining 65 minutes of the movie was just showing footage from the previous movies. This was the lousiest cash-in ever put to screen. And what a slap to the face of the audience that director Charles Band would put his name to that stunt.

Do yourself a favor and skip out on watching "Puppet Master: The Legacy", because it was nothing more than just recapping the storylines from the previous movies in the franchise. So this abysmal train wreck of a movie hardly could be called a movie at all.

This 2003 movie is definitely the point where the "Puppet Master" franchise hit rock bottom. I feel so cheated and conned out of my time and effort actually sitting through this dumpster fire of a movie.

My rating of "Puppet Master: The Legacy" lands on a generous one out of ten stars, but I don't think that would come as a surprise.
