Furthermore, what kind of a dog owner would rig up a likely execution trap for their pet, and tell the needlessly endangered beast "You better not move a muscle, or no more doggy"?! This horrid horrible horror picture is the sort of Frank-and-Flick that will send most viewers rushing to their nearest Panda Express, eager to order a case of Panda Burgers and fries. As Yogi Berra said all the time, "If you cannot beat them, enjoy them--with plenty of mustard."
