Miss Marple, on a visit at the vicarage, instinctively knows it is not and that if one murder occurs then others will follow. As nothing makes sense for Inspector Craddock, he is forced to enlist her help.
A rather fine adaptation of one of my favourite Miss Marple books, which has a juicy idea and some memorable suspects. The sleepy village, the costumes, the decor and acting is very good, however the Murder scene when the lights go out should've been more creepier. A small criticism to an entirely solid effort.
