Insanely Gruesome!
10 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
So, I cam across this one years back on the Horror Channel briefly but only fully watched it after reading up on the film & then getting it on DVD!

The film follows Able Whitman, a failed Horror Film director who one night after drowning his sorrows when his latest film blows, gets into a car accident with a Call Girl! Panicked & not knowing where to hide the body, he finds the perfect place, his film set! But, after receiving compliments on the dead body by other work mates who think it's a prop, Able gets inspired but also snaps & goes on a psychotic rampage to kill more people in order to finish his next film!

I found the film to be pretty good! It's a simple, to-the-point slasher film with not much to think about & plenty of extremely graphic gore, bodies & kills! The story is simple, but unique & has some good actors doing well with their respective roles! The killer is sinister enough & the story gets more & more disturbing! It's well paced & has a 80 minute runtime which is great! The ending wasn't bad either & pretty much what you would expect of a film like this one!

Overall, it's a great film! It's insanely gruesome & pretty much what you would expect of a film like this one, which is all about the gore more or less! Yes, it has a simple & thin plot, but the plot itself is unique & different! The actors are good here & do a good job! It's well paced & has a 1 hour & 20 minute runtime, so that's good that the film doesn't drag on for longer than need be! The films ending is good & to be honest what you get with a film which is full on about the body count & graphic gruesome kills which are reminiscent of the Saw Films! You'll love this one!

8/10.
