The Young and the Restless well, my wife loves this show. I seen Cricket, Danny, Victor etc and well found the show redundant and formulated, but has many romance novels themes. Two men after one women. Wanting for a forbidden lover. Having a secret affair and the true love finds out. Of course finally finding the true love and a evil friend, sister of whatever wants to break the relationship up. Powerful, attractive men being desired, while sexy women claw and compete for power, jobs and each others men. Of course there is the Jerry Springer who's the father episodes. Psychos who attack people and mysterious pasts of character add to spice up old stories. Done on the usual cheap sets, and directed cheap and fast like all day time soaps. I find the Young and the Restless another soap opera, which is about as predictable as professional Wrestling. 3 stars, but maybe as a guy I am more of a Wrestling fan. LOL.
