(1954) Green Fire
DRAMA ADVENTURE
Adapted from the memoirs by Peter W. Rainier, that has explorer, Rian Mitchell (Stewart Granger) seeking wealth somewhere on the South American jungle after hearing something about a legend regarding the conquistadors. He does this with the help of business partner, Vic Leonard (Paul Douglas), coffee grower, Catherine Knowland (Grace Kelly) and her brother, Donald Knowland (John Ericson), along with some of the South American villagers. Okay film, but uninteresting chemistry between Grace Kelly and Stewart Granger. I also find that some of the deaths that occurred in the movie are avoidable.
