Sad

Warning: Spoilers
So I watched this trilogy which seem to be Bruce Willis's last few movies before disclosing his illness. I agree that it was sad to see him like this. One reviewer on Detective Night: Rogue had some harsh words for Bruce which I found shameful and disgusting. This person ranted on Bruce's performance and declared he would never watch another of his movies. The clown who made those comments is most likely oblivious to Bruce's situation and illness. I blame the people around Bruce, his agent, his wife, ex-wife Moore, because if they already knew his condition they should have stopped him from taking the roles and got him to retire sooner.

I watched the third installment: Independence first and after a while watched Rogue and have just started watching Redemption. My criticisms begin with how is it that in armed shootouts the cops only have their sidearms oh and there are never any tactical units around, while the perps are armed with automatic weapons? And I did not like the idea how bank robbers are portrayed or at least one of them that is, as a person addicted to painkillers and desperate to provide for his wife and daughter. I did not like the idea that we are expected to empathise or sympathise with the bank robbers. And especially in the end where the cop he put in a wheelchair lets Rhodes go.

Also in the first movie Knight's flashbacks are quite confusing, even after reading the synopsis and reviews. On a final note it is very sad to see Bruce Willis end his shining career this way. My prayers are with him and his loved ones.
