I'll admit, I only watched this because Dexter Fletcher is in it, and I've been a fan of his since Press Gang. It ended up being...ok, I guess?
The acting isn't great, the symbolism can be SUPER blunt, like getting hit in the knee with a baseball bat (especially the relief teacher's name - Mrs Belial? REALLY?) but the effects are pretty good for such a low budget movie.
Really surprising, though, is learning that a lot of what happens in the movie is based on/inspired by actual events. Including the fact that the filmmakers actually filmed at a real-life site of Wiccan activity. It sucked, though, to read that they were often chased away from said site. The least they could have done is to ask permission and take whatever care and precautions were suggested. This would have suggested that they at least respected the witches' beliefs even if they didn't think any of it was legit.
Still, there are worse movies you could watch.
