Amazing practical effects, beautiful set design, masterful acting, incredible writing, terrifying premises... this film has it all. The ending is absolutely shocking. This is what a horror film can be when genuine care is put into it. The film was done with all practical effects and that makes it feel all the more real. The "creature" is a legitimately horrific terror that is unbelievably unique. Damien Leveck is a talent like no other. Not only is this a genuinely scary movie, it is a horror film with actual substance, character arcs, and an underlying theme that ties it all together. Go see this movie if you can. It will stay with you.
