A simple remake. Nothing special if compared to the first movie made in 90s, in fact, the first movie is better in many aspects.
The worst of all this is that the book was released not that long ago and the director of this new movie didnt seize all the absurdly rich content of the book. Not even a second of the movie is dedicated to the parents of that boys, a parallel story that could be used to create an entire movie apart.
The andes disaster is still the most incredible survival story till nowadays and no movie made justice to it.
