Joe (Dolph Lundgren) who sometimes goes by Mike and IMDB has listed as Travis is a less than politically correct cop who gets caught doing and saying the wrong thing to a Mexican-looking fellow. I understand Dolph Lundgren has a high IQ. He should be smart enough to know the limitations of his talents. He also wrote and directed this film which didn't pass the smell test. A strip joint where women wear bikinis. The acting was stiff. Even Kelsey Grammer could not save it.
