I read a review complaining that numerous parts of this film were "disgusting" and "grotesque". I wholeheartedly disagree. Some scenes were a vulgar and explicit, but it is an honest portrail of the natural world. Nature is not "yuck"; It is harsh and profound and unforgiving. Expect to feel an array of emotions while watching Sasquatch Sunset. It is beautiful, brilliant, real, humourous, heartbreaking and insightful all at once. This film will not suit everyone. I propose that if your childhood included running around barefoot, foraging for mushrooms, and watching for shooting stars, this movie will speak volumes to you.
