Defeated and afraid of commitment, Charlie goes on a road trip and gets lost in a small town. Instead of moving on he decides to spend the night at a motel where he meets and befriends a local whom is also in a rough spot in life. Throughout the night the two grow closer and Charlie discovers the true meaning of sacrifice.
