Sex & Nudity

  • At one point in the movie, one male character tells another male character that he saw the main female character in a rain storm and something along the lines of "I can guarantee you she's a fine specimen of womanhood."
  • One man briefly mentions "exercising his husbandly prerogatives". Later, this is a misunderstanding between a man and a woman regarding this subject. However, the subject is barely mentioned, as more attention is focused on the woman chasing and hitting the man with various objects. It will probably go over the head of younger viewers.
  • One kissing scene.

Violence & Gore

  • Dusty becomes livid upon discovering that Donovan bought a bed after having promised not to "exercise husbandly prerogatives." She finds him at the local bar and starts throwing and hitting him over the head with things, knocking him out. Meant to be comical, but may be disturbing for some.
  • An outlaw slams a banker in the chest with a gun, knocking him down.
  • Two men fight briefly and one man tries to choke another man by wrapping his leg around his throat at one point. Scene is rather brief.

Profanity

  • A man calls his donkey an "ungrateful fleabag."
  • None that I remember.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Donovan offers Dusty a drink at the saloon. When she reacts negatively, he apologises.
  • Men drink in a saloon. Men smoke in different scenes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Kids are stuck in a dark mine during an earthquake.
  • Kids get stuck in a runaway mine cart.
  • In one scene, frightened horses pulling a burning firewagon charge towards a child in the middle of the road, nearly running her over. A man rescues the child just in time.
