The plot is predictable, the acting gets wooden at times, and the script needed a rewrite - But none of it was actually horrible. There are three reasonably attractive women getting naked fairly frequently, and outside of a few really bad points, it's a watchable movie.
A woman, new in town, moves into an apartment her new boss found for her. She starts seeing visions and dreaming dreams - the apartment is apparently haunted. Visions of drowning, gunshots, and "passion" (to quote a word often used in the script) disturb her, while her new affair with her boss makes her uneasy as well.
*** Spoilers Warning *** Some of the acting was pretty good, but it was offset by some really awful scenes.
The female lead, hearing noises, grabs a kitchen knife and goes looking for the source - so far, so good. She's shaken by a glimpse of the ghost, who disappears quickly, just as the apartment caretaker comes out of the bathroom, toolbox in hand, explaining that he was fixing a faucet. She flips out, screaming at him and threatening him with the knife - yet he's later apologetic to her about the incident. Any caretaker I've ever known would have called the cops.
A co-worker, attracted to the boss, approaches him and instigates their affair. The first time he touches her is to fondle her bra-clad breasts, and the proceed to having sex on the conference table. She's naked and in screaming ecstasy, while he's not even loosened his tie.
The caretaker, very concerned about the woman who'd threatened him with a knife earlier, starts taking care of the female lead. Well before there's any romantic involvement, she seems unconcerned about him seeing her in t-shirt and undies, or in a very short nightie. I've known women who weren't at all body-shy, but were reasonably wary about showing that much skin in private to a guy they didn't want a pass from.
If you can look past such gaffes, and appreciate nude centerfold types simulating passionate sex (sometimes fairly convincingly), this can be fun, but not so much fun that it's worth effort tracking down. If it comes 'round again on cable, it may be worth your time.
