A young ground hog wants to go out for spring, but Mother Nature delays him briefly. Then all the animals and flowers start dancing and singing.
Not that the words to the song are much. There are many repetitions of "Spring is in the air", eked out with a lot of 'tra-la-las'. The animation is good, and if the copy I looked at hadn't been black and white, I expect I would have had some nice things to write about the Technicolor design. As it is, I didn't find it terribly interesting.
