Well, i think this is the best Greek TV series ever... Or should I be more precise, such a great TV series that it's worth showing in other countries as well! Even in 2006, many Greeks watch the episodes again and again... A lovable TV series, with hilarious scenes and heart'touching ones as well! Can make you laugh and cry, I guarantee... The actors are all perfect in this show, and although it's not what you would call a high budget production, this doesn't spoil it at all. I really do not believe there are many TV series which I would see for the tenth time and would still make me cry, yet this one does. And there might be some lines which are funnier and better understood by those living in Greece, yet I think on the whole it is a TV series able to stand up and be a success abroad as well...

Dyo xenoi- Opposites attract!

Dyo xenoi is considered to be one of the BEST series on t.v. the last decade...Although o.k. the scenario is not exactly what you call "original", but this series has plenty of smart and funny quotes, well-structured characters and memorable scenes etc... It is absolutely an excellent series! It is a must. No wonder Mega Channel has shown it over and over again! In "Dyo Xenoi" several not so popular singers-(back then) had stopped by as guest stars who are nowadays famous names such as, Despina Vandi, Giannis Ploutarhos, Christos Antoniadis, Lena Papadopoulou, Giorgos Mazonakis and so on. Overall this series is unforgettable!!!

The question is simple, Dyo Xenoi is the best series & i say it exactly 21 whole years after the final episode...The titles in each episode have the soundtrack "I Could Have Danced All Night" for the "My Fair Lady", that introduce us easily in the theme of the story. Is a combination of "Educating Rita" & "Pygmalion", two persons absolutely different that attract each other strongly. Apart from the total romance between Konstantinos Markoras & Marina Kountouratou, the cross talks of the personas in the channel, the theatrical school, between all actors but mainly between Deni & Flora are memorables & even today many Greeks use them in their everyday chats...The humor of the writers Rigas-Apostolou is remaining 20 years after very clever, vivid & intertemporal. So, of course is the Best, Daily Greek TV series in the category Comedy-Romance ever!!!

Easily the best Greek comedy series ever!!!I loved it the first time I watched it and still love it after seeing it over and over again. It's success in Greece and Cyprus rivals that of Friends in the USA. To put this in concise terms: IT ROCKS!

This tv-series was shown here a few years ago but even now , it has great success!!I feel that the characters seem to be so real that every greek finds inside them everyday features which concern them seriously (such as :sex,media,marriage...).The story which is about the lives and the love of a young show-woman who performs a low-quality morning magazine in television and a middle-aged conservative theater director is extremely catchy and convincing!However, the most important role has Alexandros Rigas's writing which is really PERFECT!!! In my view , dyo xenoi is one of the best tv - series that greek television has ever shown!!!
