A great 3d-fighter!
action-619 April 2001
"Dead or Alive 2"(DOA2) and "Tekken Tag Tournament" are the two finest fighting-games you can buy for your Playstation 2, and I recently picked up this game after having enjoyed the wonders of "Tekken Tag Tournament" for a month. "DOA2" is a rather different type of game, than "TTT", but if you`re a serious videogamer, you need to own both games. This game has looks to die for, and the graphics are better in this game, than in "TTT". The pace of the game is also very fast, and it was nice of the developers to include a 60 Hz option in the European version of the game, which means that it moves just as fast as the American version, and not as slow as other European games. I love the interactive backgrounds of this game, and this is a feature that "TTT" has not exploitet. "DOA2" proves to be the 2nd best fighter for the Playstation 2. "TTT" remains superior, due to lack of characters and moves in "DOA2".

best DreamCast fighter on stage.

Well this game is a pretty cool fighting game from Tecmo the makers of a bishojo-themed 90's anime fighter "Toukidenshou ~Angel Eyes~" & other classics, this time they made a 2nd entry in the DoA series & it has excellent graphics (especially on the DreamCast) for that time just like SoulCalibur/Fighting Vipers 2. Voice acting (except for PS2 Hard*Core release) & gameplay are pretty neat+you can do any type of counterattack in this game.

if you like 3D fighters this one is for you.
