Interesting series entry, about dirty TV
lor_30 January 2018
Long before the video streaming revolution, this volume of the hit porn series concerns a dirty TV network and the in-fighting concerning rival executives fighting for top rungs.

Ratings at SCN (Sensuous Cable Network) are suddenly down and Mickey G. orders his staff to come up with a solution, pronto. Jessica Drake schemes with her colleague Devinn Lane to undermine Mickey G. and shoot their concept of some XXX Reality-TV antics with Jess as host, and they succeed in replacing him at the top.

Wesley Emerson and his scriptwriter Martin Brimmer/Rodger Jacobs (IMDb also credits veteran George Kaplan but he doesn't get a screen credit) fail to take this into interesting dramatic territory, settling for an okay skeleton on which to hang the five sex scenes. It's fun to see two of Wicked Pictures' greatest superstars of the future in action before they were discovered, and the emphasis on interracial sex of this Benetton inspired series holds up well 20 years later, when IR is all the rage.
