We can not hear the word the chefs are saying. other than that the show is great only if they could make the show quiet. we don't need to hear a music while they are talking let alone a aloud one.

Just wanted to say, if you are going to create a cooking channel, it would be a good idea to have more than one recipe per host. To play the same reruns won't keep your viewers interested. Please try to have the hosts show more recipes that would give the viewers better ideas of meals to try out at home. For instance Erickas Mexican cantina, show the recipes for chicken mole, pozole, torts, caldo de reyes, and chile colorado. Recipes like this would go over great with viewers. Also the French bistro needs better recipes period. And Elena's Greek show, Greek potatoes, Greek salads, and full Greek dishes, not just olives in oil and tomatoes oil. I like to learn to cook for my wife, and would love to see better recipes.

Music too loud

When I found recipe TV on my television I was really excited. I love watching cooking shows and chefs. However, I had such a hard time watching it because the background music was louder than the chefs voices. I don't think I will tune in to it anymore. It's not worth it for me to sit and try to hear what the chef is saying . No other cooking show has their background music so loud. I will check it once in awhile to see if you have lowered the music, but at this time it seems a waste of time. Thanks

No frills and no hype, just great recipes from your favorite restaurants around the country. I started watching this show by accident, Tivo's fault, thank you :) The funny thing is if you vacation and love to eat, chances are you've been to some of these restaurants. From Maui to San Francisco, LA to Palm Springs, Las Vegas and many more. All the recipes are demonstrated by the chef or owner of the restaurant without any regards for you cooking abilities. They don't show you anything you don't need to know, just precise details of the recipe. Just about every time I watch an episode I end up at the grocery store buying the ingredients for one of the four or so recipes per show. This show is a mix of fresh talent, fresh ideas and fresh ingredients. Enjoy!

What a joke

This show is horrible! The music is not only extremely annoying, it is so loud you can barely hear the voices. Additionally the recipes cannot be found on the website. They show very few worthless recipes and they never change. One show was so ridiculous that they showed a beautiful desert tray but what you see as far as the "recipe" is the chef applying globs of cream between the dessert slices, top with a strawberry and sprinkled with powdered sugar. That is NOT a recipe! Show how the desserts were created! What a joke...
