- There is a frequent mother-son incest relationship throughout the movie.
- A boy takes off the clothes to swim. In the first scene, we see his bare shoulders. Then in the next shot, we see his back and his butt.
- A sex scene between a woman and a man is implied with nothing but a brief heavy breathing sound.
- A young woman and a man have sex, they are clothed though, we briefly see a man's butt as he thrusts her.
- A girl washes her brother while he's taking a bath, then she proceeds to masturbate him. This soon stops when their mother opens the door.
- A man and the woman kiss and caress each other while a young man watches them in jealousy.

- A girl sees an injured bird and is about to stomp on it, but her brothers stops her.
- A horse-headed figure appears behind two people and prepares to kill them. Blood is shown flying through the walls and their screams are heard. Then cuts to the girl laughing crazily, implying she was imagining.
- We briefly see feces on the floor. Not gory, but pretty disgusting.
- A boy threatens to kill a man with a hard rock. The man, however, strikes him in the face with his cane.
- A man gets hit on the head by a horse. Lots of blood. Graphic.
- A brief, but graphic and bloody Caesarean section is shown.
- A young man hurts his hands on the table full of broken glass. His hands are all bloody.
- A girl pushes her brother down to the pot of boiling water (action is not shown), we later see his horrifically burned face.
- A woman was about to aim at the horse, but shoots up the sky to scare it away.
- A woman receives a bloody wound on her face, there are tissues covered in blood.
- A girl pours an alcohol on a woman, lights a match and sets her on fire. We briefly see her burn.
- A girl was about to commit suicide by jumping out on the train while her daughter is watching. But she ends up standing on the edge, implying she didn't.
