This was the first episode of the continuation/spin-off of 'All in the Family', and it's ok actually.
The new characters (though some had appeared in the former show) bed in well, and are given time to become more developed, which is crucial in a spin-off, but it still remains Archie at the centre.
You do keep waiting for the other characters to pop up, but this is ok enough viewing. It doesn't feel as edgy as the former show though, which may displease some people.
