Matt Anders, a freelance magazine writer who occasionally takes special assignments with the Federal Crime Commission, investigates a series of horrific trucking accidents. All the truckers, who worked out of Pittsburgh were killed. Anders visits the wife of the latest victim and learns that her husband, an independent trucker, was driving double shifts and taking pills to help keep him awake. These pills, called busters, had deadly side effects resulting in the drivers losing control of their vehicles. Anders goes undercover as a trucker to find out where these drivers were getting the busters. The pills should only have been used by prescription. Anders learns that a huge quantity of them had been stolen from the Triangle Drug Company. Brian Keith did a good job as Anders as did all of the supporting actors. A fast paced and entertaining episode.
