When the story begins, two men (James Caan and Murray Hamilton) kidnap a rich young man. But their plan doesn't go as expected, as the young lady who is helping them is accidentally shot by the victim during the abduction. If she dies, her boyfriend (Caan) vows to kill the young man...even if that means not collecting the money for his return! Because of this, it's imperative that the authorities catch them fast, because the lady is in very bad shape.
This is one of the tenser episodes of "The F.B.I." because of this time element. Well acted and well made....and far better than the next episode in the series, which was chock full of mistakes. This one, on the other hand, is exceptionally good.
