By far my favorite and in my opinion, the funniest episode of Family Guy ever. There are just too many classic scenes with that over the top Family Guy edge. Peter at the car accident after the CPR class, Quagmire as Bill Clinton, the 'You Have Aids' song, Peter's 'Petercopter' and 'Hindenpeter' destroying Joe's property, the mock 'Bewitched' scene on TV, beds flipping out of every wall Cleveland hits in Quagmire's house, etc. I can't think of one part of this episode that I wasn't laughing my ass off.

Beyond that the basic gist of the story is that Peter & Brian catch Loretta cheating on Cleveland with Quagmire. The rest of the episode has to do with Peter telling Cleveland, dealing with Quagmire and the repercussions that follow. I'd suggest just watching the episode as it is a must see for any Family Guy fan who wants to be rolling on the floor laughing for 20+ minutes.

Full of legendary moments

Peter crashing stuff into Joe's house, Rock Lobster, Mayor West giggling while being a member of the Queen's guard, "you have AIDS".

Blows my mind this is rated so low, this is one of greatest episodes of the entire series

The One Where Loretta Cheats On Cleveland...

Warning: Spoilers
I enjoy this episode. It's not my favorite, I'll admit that, but it's still worth a watch and is still an enjoyable time.

In this episode, Loretta cheats on Cleveland, with Quagmire. Peter is looking for people to save, since he just got his CPR license, so when he hears Loretta screaming, he bursts into the house, only to find her on the couch with a man, doing very naked things. Peter doesn't see who the man is and tells Joe and Quagmire that he needs their help in finding the man. When everyone finds out that it was Quagmire, Cleveland doesn't even get that mad, which makes Loretta leave him because he's too much of a sissy. Eventually, Cleveland does get mad and he tries to kill Quagmire, which is just hilarious.

Overall, I give this episode a 5 out of 10.
