In this first part, Flipper is caught and taken aboard with the intention of training him. I guess the men don't notice that he already is trained. But before this gets half-way over, Flipper escapes and is again in the open sea.
But one of the men doesn't want to give up so easily. He has it in his head that he can shoot Flipper - not to kill him, but just to calm him down a little...then they can catch him. I was a bit freaked out by Flipper's constant jumping out of the water as if he wanted the men to follow him.
Then Flipper comes upon a photographer on a boat. This photographer is nice and saves him by assuring Flipper's "kidnappers" that he wasn't there. But then Flipper turns around and does a favor for this man. Meanwhile, back at home...
