While fixing the covent's bad pipes, plumber Felix wishes for more work. Sister Bertrille arranges for him to work on the pipes of Carlos' casino. When Felix goes away for parts, he leaves behind his faithful dog Tiger for Carlos to babysit. Carlos in turn puts it off on Sister Bertrille, who is reluctant. She tells Sisters Ana and Sixto that she has a certain charisma where dogs become so attached to her they forget their owners. As feared Tiger wants nothing to do with Felix on his return. Felix somberly turns over the reigns to a once again reluctant Sister Bertrille. Felix's work suffers. Sister Bertrille decides the situation needs a little discipline.
