Poor Irene Dunne seems lost in this messy anthology series episode about a boarding school teacher who discovers that her daughter (Elinor Donahue) may have been possibly involved in a fire where evidence was left behind that it was a student. Donahue and her blonde bombshell pal, Stephanie Griffin, had switched beds for the night so Griffin's presence was accounted for. A sloppy script and an even more ridiculous plot mess this one up pretty badly. Dunne still looks absolutely gorgeous and attempts to be commanding in a one dimensional part, and the poor younger actresses get vapid characters to play that shows little thought was put into creating fleshed out characters. I can't imagine this expanded into any kind of series or recurring use of these characters and the setting because no one here is worthy of being part of any continuing premise.

A weak little teen drama. Not worth the presence of its leading lady.
