Frasier is offended by a caricature of him, placed on the wall of an Italian restaurant he has gone to since childhood. His portrait has a huge forehead and he is obsessed with replacing it. The problem is the fiery owner has a real temper. It is quite well done. Niles plays a bit part that is hilarious.

Frasier is offended when a caricature of him is put up in his favorite Italian restaurant. It accentuates his forehead and he becomes obsessed with replacing it. But he has to deal with fiery owner who has known him since Frasier was a child. Things get hot and there is little chance for resolution. It's pretty funny though.
