Once more the Ranch Chaparral receives a newest neighbor, due his husband died, a beauty widow Melanie Cawthorne (Patricia Barry) moves out to her ranch frontier of Cannon's land, however arriving there saw that all ranch hands were killed inside the house, then she asking to Big John to borrow some cowboys for a while until her got their own crew, due her well-shaped body the redhead Melanie didn't need beg too much, a massive Cannon's cowboys offer themselves promptly, scared Big John just pick up Buck. There the scheming widow tries entice Buck for marriage prospects, the badass guy soon realizes that Melanie isn't exactly a virtuous woman, however Buck isn't holier-than-thou either, also Melanie plans buy stolen cattle from a Mexican thief Romero, who intents to got the cattle from Montoya's farm, therefore when the cattle arrives there isn't enough supply of water in the ranch able to quench thirst of 500 head of cattle, at this point Buck is already assessing the offer of marriage Melanie, but he must persuades the stubborn Big John letting the cattle quaff water at Chaparral's reservoir, that's the matter hard to overcame.
In this episode the lonely Buck a drunkard and womanizer guy, for first time finds himself bewitched by a voluptuous woman, which throws herself in the arms of the others men if she needs, a kind of woman that will do whichever is to reach its aims, will be funny if wasn't tragic!!!
