This was one of the finest episodes of the famous Inner Sanctum radio show that was brought to the television screen in 1954. Martin Balsam (Psycho) is featured in the episode. I saw this when it first aired and I was seven years old. It has stuck in my mind since. Three men play in a high stakes card game and one man gets a hand so good that he is willing to bet his life on it. Only a Royal Flush deserves that kind of bet, and that was what the man had. But the man who loses the hand avoids a catastrophic loss by killing the winner and changing the queen of spades to the queen of clubs. He then claims the mad committed suicide. I will not reveal what takes place afterwards, but be rest assured that there is justice in the end. Great episode.
