This is a well-written episode, thoroughly engaging and fits well with the overall arc of the season. I fault this episode for only two things.
First, certain legal details aren't explained very well. You can just waive double jeopardy? And why exactly is Lt. Colonel MacKenzie second-chairing for Lt. Singer?
Second, this episode gives the impression that racism is.something that only happened in the past. Maybe the Navy's doing better by its black officers and men than the country, but much remains to be done.
