Two Traps For The Price Of One
hogwrassler30 August 2021
The stagecoaches out of San Antonio are all being robbed, except for the ones owned by Rufus Fillmore. He is the brains behind the outlaw gang and plans to drive all the other stage lines out of business. Texas Ranger Randy Tyler gets himself dishonorably discharged in order to infiltrate the gang and find out who the leader is. Meanwhile, The Ranger disguises himself as a wealthy Mexican who wants to make a valuable shipment with a stage line other the Fillmore Stage Coach Company. He plans to entice the gang into a robbery attempt, which, he, Tonto, and the Sheriff can thwart. But Tyler and The Ranger don't know about each other's plan, and The Ranger believes that Tyler is now an outlaw. Too many cooks spoil the broth, and too many plans may be disastrous for the good guys! Especially since this Fillmore is no fool! It's a dangerous situation for our heroes.

Robert Rockwell plays Randy Tyler. He was in five LR episodes all together. Robert is best known for replacing Jeff Chandler as biology teacher Mr. Boynton in the Our Miss Brooks radio series. He continued to play Mr Boynton in the TV series and the Our Miss Brooks movie filmed in 1956.
