The Ranger and Tonto are in Mexico where they assist flamboyant, red-bearded Irish/Mexican Don Pedro O'Sullivan protect his ranch from a Mexican colonel who wants the ranch and O'Sullivan dead. Once again, Clayton Moore shows off his real acting skills by disguising himself as Don Pedro. Tudor Owen plays Don Pedro O'Sullivan. The evil colonel's two heanchmen are played by former Major League Baseball player and future soap opera star John Berardino, and familiar tough guy Mickey Simpson.
