An interesting and entertaining episode. Arrogant outlaw Buck Wingate rules his robber barony in a ghost town where he gives sanctuary to other outlaws. Wingate offers a $20,000 reward for the capture of the Lone Ranger. The Ranger and Tonto enlist the cooperation of Colonel Oglethorpe, proprietor of a medicine show complete with two clowns. Jesse White is nearly unrecognizable as Colonel Oglethorpe with a long beard. The Ranger and Tonto don the clown costumes to infiltrate the outlaw town and do some fancy tumbling and magic tricks to prove they are really clowns. A very enjoyable episode with a fast moving climax.
