Marla Gibbs plays Flip's wife. Hank is a teacher, but also a stripper. Too bad the PTA lady (Christopher Norris) is also on the ship. Joan Van Ark is a bit of a bookworm. Jim Pickett is a reformed jewel thief. Or is he? (Hasn't The Love Boat been robbed enough?) Jim and Henny Backus are here. She's wearing the necklace on which our thief has his eye. Someone forgot the laugh track button on some of this - like when Captain Stubing 'shimmies.' It's kind of childish when Julie goes and complains about her problems to Christopher Norris. On Kafka's Love Boat Scale, this episode gets 2 1/2 * out of a possible 4 *.
