I don't consider myself an expert regarding this show, but I am a fan for the most part, as both Tony Randall and Jack Klugman are terrific together. I was intrigued by the subject matter for this episode, which has both men mistakenly arrested for ticket scalping for a popular play in the city. Look for some familiar faces in Al Molinaro, Elinor Donahue, and Curt Conway, who would pass away in a little more than a year later; Conway gave a fine performance as the quirky, yet impatient judge. I'm not normally a big fan of any courtroom scene, including this one, but there was an interesting moment, and that was when Felix utters the famous "never ASSUME" quote. I'm not certain if that quote was already in pop culture back in 1973, but the court participants all gave Felix a round of applause right after he said it. Felix defended him and Oscar, although he unrealistically kept annoying the judge even AFTER the decision went in their favor. Oscar should've slapped Felix about that time. Overall, I'd say this was a fun episode, but I also think it could've been funnier.
