The Ropers hold a post-funeral gathering for Stanley's Uncle Theodore. His widow Kate Morgan (familiar character actress Jane Dulo, "McHale's Navy", "The Phil Silvers Show") is handling the passing well and urges Helen to make sure Stanley has enough coverage. The Ropers talk over a life insurance policy with Mr. Brookes who sends Stanley for a physical. Mr. Brookes receives word that Stanley passed it, but puts off telling him. Meanwhile, Stanley is convinced he is about to die, and Helen tries to use it to her advantage.
